We are looking for an experienced Chemist/Formulation Specialist to join Aminocore. In this role, you will develop innovative agricultural input products such as fertilizers, biostimulants, and plant health enhancers.
You will work at the intersection of chemistry, plant biology, and sustainable agriculture, translating scientific insights into practical, high-performance solutions that support crop growth and resilience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for fertilizers, plant strengtheners, and biostimulants;
- Work with both natural and synthetic raw materials, including amino acids, botanical extracts, and organic acids;
- Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale testing to ensure product efficacy, stability, and compatibility;
- Collaborate with agronomists, regulatory experts, and product teams
- Stay up to date with trends in sustainable agriculture and formulation technologies.
Requirements

- Degree in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field;
- Proven experience in agrochemical or plant-based formulation;
- Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry and crop/soil interactions;
- Familiarity with natural ingredients in plant health and nutrition;
- Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:
- Experience in agriculture or horticulture;
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU Fertilizer Regulation);
- Experience with organic or clean-label formulations.
