Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for fertilizers, plant strengtheners, and biostimulants;
• Work with both natural and synthetic raw materials, including amino acids, botanical extracts, and organic acids;
• Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale testing to ensure product efficacy, stability, and compatibility;
• Collaborate with agronomists, regulatory experts, and product teams;
• Stay up to date with trends in sustainable agriculture and formulation technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field;
• Proven experience in agrochemical or plant-based formulation;
• Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry and crop/soil interactions;
• Familiarity with natural ingredients in plant health and nutrition;
• Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in agriculture or horticulture;
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU Fertilizer Regulation);
• Experience with organic or clean-label formulations.
