Privacy statement
Privacy statement
How Aminocore handles the personal information you share with us through this website.
1. Introduction
This privacy statement explains what personal information Aminocore collects through the website aminocore.nl, why it is collected and how it is handled. It describes the website as it works today.
The website can be visited without sharing any personal information. Personal information is only received when you choose to send it to us, for example through the contact form or a download form.
2. Who is responsible for your data
The website is operated by Aminocore B.V., Stationsplein 8, 6221 BT Maastricht, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 63994658.
For any question about this statement or about your personal information, you can contact us at info@aminocore.nl or by phone on +31 (0)43 420 00 71.
3. What information we collect
Through the website we only receive the information you enter in one of our forms, together with the information needed to deliver it:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company type, an optional subject and your message.
- Product brochure and whitepaper forms: your name, company name, email address, whether you would like to receive our newsletter, your acceptance of this privacy statement, and which document you requested.
- With every form: the date and time at which the form was sent.
If you apply for a vacancy, you do so by email from your own email program. The website itself does not receive or store applications.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. See our cookie statement for details.
4. Contact enquiries
When you send the contact form, the website checks your entries and forwards them to Aminocore as an email. Your email address is added as the reply address, so that we can answer you directly.
We use this information to read and answer your enquiry.
If the form cannot deliver your message, the page tells you so and offers to open your own email program instead. In that case your message is sent by your own email provider, not by the website.
5. Downloads and resource requests
When you request the product brochure or the whitepaper, the website checks your entries and forwards them to Aminocore as an email. The requested document is made available to you straight away, whether or not that email is delivered. Each document can also be downloaded through the direct link on the page, without filling in the form.
In some cases the download link may also be sent to the email address you entered. The page tells you when this has happened.
We use this information to know who requested our documents, so that we can follow up where relevant.
6. Newsletter preferences
The download forms include an optional box for our newsletter. If you tick it, your preference is included in the email that Aminocore receives about your request.
Ticking the box does not automatically subscribe you to any mailing list. The website does not add your details to a newsletter service.
7. How information is handled
The website does not keep a database of the people who contact us or download our documents. Information sent through a form reaches Aminocore as an email and is handled in Aminocore’s business email environment by the people who need it to respond to you.
8. Email and service providers
To deliver form messages, the website uses an email-delivery service provider that sends the email on Aminocore’s behalf. That provider processes the content of the message only so that it can be delivered.
The website is hosted by a hosting provider. As part of delivering web pages, a hosting provider can process technical information such as your IP address. Aminocore does not use this information for analytics or profiling.
9. Security and abuse prevention
Every form submission is checked on our server before it is accepted. To protect the forms against spam and misuse, the website limits how often a form can be sent from the same connection within a short period. For this purpose technical connection information is processed briefly. Your IP address is not stored for this purpose.
10. Data retention
The website itself does not keep form submissions: it does not create a separate database of enquiries or download requests. The technical information used to protect the forms is deleted automatically within minutes.
Emails that reach Aminocore through the forms become part of our business correspondence and can remain in our email environment. We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which you shared it.
11. Sharing of information
The website passes the information you enter only to the email-delivery provider that is needed to deliver it to Aminocore, as described in section 8.
12. International processing
Depending on the service provider involved, information may be processed on servers outside the Netherlands. If you have questions about where your information is processed, please contact us.
13. Your privacy rights
You can contact us at any time to ask which personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or with any other question about how your personal information is handled. Please write to info@aminocore.nl.
14. Changes to this statement
We may update this privacy statement when the website or the way we handle personal information changes. The current version is always published on this page.
