“I’m responsible for monitoring the quality of raw materials and finished products, ensuring they align with Aminocore’s standards. My role includes implementing precise chemical analysis methods that best fit the organic nature of our liquid fertilizers, collaborating closely with the production manager to achieve consistency and accuracy in every batch. Additionally, I design and conduct plant trials to test product performance under various conditions, ranging from normal to high-stress environments. This research-driven approach enables us to understand how our biostimulants contribute to resilient and sustainable crop growth.”

“My journey in this field began with an interest in sustainable agricultural solutions. After completing my PhD in plant breeding and working at Bonn University, I developed my expertise in organic fertilizers and was drawn to Aminocore’s focus on environmentally friendly biostimulants and their role in supporting global food production. With climate change impacting arable land, I believe biostimulants are essential for sustainable agriculture. They help increase biomass and address the growing need for more resilient crops to withstand environmental stresses.”
