Meet Tanja Borgers, Office Manager at Aminocore
About Tanja Borgers
“I’m originally from Germany, and after gaining years of experience in business economics, I was eager to join this forward-thinking company. My role here at Aminocore allows me to apply my organizational skills across departments, taking on everything from managing logistics to coordinating events and onboarding new team members. Since joining, I’ve been amazed by the freedom and trust Aminocore offers, allowing me to truly make an impact.”
Background
“My journey began with a solid grounding in business economics, where I focused on developing skills that could apply across various industries. Being fluent in multiple languages has allowed me to connect with clients worldwide, which has been invaluable here at Aminocore. Working internationally has given me insight into diverse business practices, and I bring this experience to my work every day.”
Experience in agriculture
“Although my background wasn’t originally in agriculture, I was drawn to Aminocore’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the fertilizer and biostimulation industry. With the world facing significant climate challenges, I believe our organic products play a crucial role in reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact. From the start, I was inspired by Aminocore’s vision for the future of agriculture and the role we play in it.”
Joining Aminocore
“Aminocore is a dynamic, growing company, and my role as Office Manager has been both rewarding and full of learning. One of my proudest achievements here has been overseeing the setup of two new laboratories, transforming them from empty spaces into high-tech facilities. Soon, our new PhD in Plant Science will join us to lead product quality control and research, a step that promises to further our mission.
The culture at Aminocore is refreshingly open and agile. Unlike the traditional, hierarchical work environments I was used to in Germany, here I have the freedom to take initiative, experiment, and work closely with a collaborative team. This independence is something I value greatly, as it allows us to quickly adapt and innovate.”
